Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality has adopted the Oversight Report on the 2024/2025 Annual Report and approved the Annual Report with reservations.
The Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality Council adopted the Oversight Report on the Annual Report for the 2024/2025 financial year during a Special Council Meeting held on 28 August 2026.
The decision was taken in terms of Council Resolution N969/08/2026, with Council also approving the municipality’s 2024/2025 Annual Report with reservations.
The adoption of the Oversight Report and Annual Report forms part of the municipality’s statutory reporting and accountability processes in accordance with Section 129(3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, and Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000.
