Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality Invites Property Owners to Review the Valuation Roll
The Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality (KRLM) has announced the opening of the 2025/2030 General Valuation Roll for public inspection, in accordance with the Municipal Property Rates Act 6 of 2004. Property owners and interested parties can review the valuation roll from 3 March 2025 to 30 April 2025 at designated municipal offices and libraries.
If you believe there is an error in your property valuation, you have the right to lodge an objection within this period. Objections must be property-specific and should be submitted using the official objection form, available at municipal offices and on the KRLM website.
