Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 79 [18] of the Local Government Ordinance 17 of 1939 as amended, read together with the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, as amended, and the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, that the Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality intends to sell the remaining stands in Rodeon, Koster, and Reagile location on a first come, first served basis.
A list of erven available, as well as the purchase prices, are available on Council’s notice boards. The purchase prices of the erven exclude transfer costs but include VAT.
