Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality wishes to inform all residents, stakeholders, and community members that the Council has officially adopted the Oversight Report on the 2023/2024 Annual Report, as per Council Resolution N680/08/2025. This resolution was passed during the Ordinary Council Meeting held on 28 August 2025.
This is in line with Section 129(3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) and Section 21(A) of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000).
