The South African National Roads Agency Ltd (SANRAL) engaged stakeholders within Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality during a community session held at the Koster Town Hall.
This engagement formed part of SANRALβs ongoing commitment to transparent communication, infrastructure development, and meaningful community participation. The session provided progress feedback on the R52 Project and introduced a proposed Community Development Programme linked to the project.

The meeting was well attended by SANRAL representatives, Executive Mayor Cllr. Thabo Jacobs, Councillors and officials of Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality, community members, labour representatives, and local SMMEs.
During the engagement, residents and stakeholders raised various concerns regarding the ongoing project. SANRAL acknowledged these concerns and committed to improving communication while providing clearer guidance on upcoming subcontracting and development opportunities.
