In terms of Section 127(5) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, the accounting officer of a municipality must, immediately after the annual report is tabled in the council, make the annual report public and invite the local community to submit representations in connection with the annual report, in accordance with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000.
The Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality hereby notifies the public that the Annual Report for the 2023/2024 Financial Year has been tabled and is available for public scrutiny. The Municipal Public Accounts Committee (MPAC) will facilitate public participation to engage with the community on the Annual Report.

The Annual Report 2023/2024 is available for public inspection at:

Submitting Representations
Members of the public are invited to submit written comments or representations regarding the Annual Report. Submissions must be:
- In writing, clearly marked “Comments on 2023/2024 Annual Report”
- Addressed to the Municipal Manager
- Emailed to: info@kgetlengrivier.gov.za
