Premier Mokgosi celebrated Mandela Day with the “A Re Utlwaneng Service Club”, a group dedicated to serving the elderly, at Mazista Township.
He was accompanied by Member of Parliament Kim Medupe, Acting Executive Mayor of Bojanala Platinum District Municipality Councillor Ofentse Molusi, Acting Mayor of Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality Councillor Motaung, as well as councillors from both Kgetlengrivier and Bojanala Platinum District Municipalities. Other key stakeholders were also in attendance.
The event began with the Premier participating in physical exercises with the elderly members of the service club. As part of the celebration, he donated fruit trees, blankets, and various other goodies to the elders.
This special day highlighted the spirit of Mandela Day — giving back, promoting unity, and honoring our senior citizens with care and dignity.
