Kgetlengrivier Local Municipality is inviting suitably qualified residents to apply for two project-based positions for the upcoming Road Repairs and Maintenance project in Reagile.

1. Safety Representative
Salary: R6,000.00 per month Duration: Project-based only
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with contractors regarding on-site safety.
- Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular inspections.
- Investigate site incidents and report safety issues promptly.
2. Community Liaison Officer (CLO)
Salary: R6,000.00 per month Duration: Project-based only
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary link between the contractor and the community.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and attend site meetings.
- Available for straight shifts and required standby duties.
Minimum Requirements (Both Positions)
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Residency: Must reside within the area of operation with local knowledge.
- Skills: Strong report-writing skills and an understanding of Batho Pele Principles.
- Record: No criminal record.
- Advantage: Previous experience working with community members.
